so i’m not a huge cook….
i want to be…i love the food network (although i haven’t had access to it for 2+years)…and i like good food
but my life is busy, and cooking gets pushed to the back burner (haha…yes that was supposed to be a pun)
but one thing i am amazing at making that is SUPER easy is dressing
dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic (or garlic salt/powder), salt, pickle juice (optional), lemon zest (optional)
i go heavy on the dijon, vinegar, and garlic and light on the oil
it’s delicious…try it over some mixed greens with avocado, sunflower seeds, craisins, feta, and red onion
